Get to know multi-award winning Cornish craft brewery Padstow Brewing Co, who are bringing their brews from the South West to the Great British Beer Festival.
How about you start by telling us about your brewery, who you are and what your role(s) at the brewery are?
Padstow Brewing Co. has been going since 2013 and continues to grow in both size and sales, with our core range of traditional ales now being supplemented by our award-winning Pilsner in a can and increasing range of NEIPAs, WCIPAs and porters in a can.

Can you describe your brewery in three words?
Genuine, independent and craft!
What are your personal favourite styles of beer?
Belgian blondes and stouts.
Which of your beers is the biggest fan favourite/most popular?
‘Mayday’ – beautiful golden colour matched with wonderful citrus aromas and a zesty finish.
Which of your beers would you recommend to a first-timer at your bar?
Our pale ale – only 3.6% so perfect for a session but full of hoppy flavours.
Best beer snack?
If you could get one music artist/celebrity to represent your brewery, who would best fit your business and ethos?
The band Elbow.
If you could make a beer using any flavours, and guarantee that it be delicious, which flavours would you love to use?
