The Rookery is now a regular at several of CAMRA’s festivals, and fits the CAMRA ethos by being a small batch, hand-made product using local ingredients, albeit, not a beer. The Rookery is based in the Highlands of Perthshire and makes meads inspired by the history and archæology of Northern Europe. By back-engineering this evidence from our past, The Rookery creates modern drinks to a high quality standard, while remaining true to their Bronze and Iron Age roots.
